Schedule change: the Pick 3 evening draw time moved to 9:45 p.m. ET
The evening drawing shifted from 7:57 p.m. Production data exported before the change still carries the old time. This is a historical rule update, not a current announcement.
Effective
On 5 August 2018 the Florida Lottery moved the Pick 3 evening drawing from 7:57 p.m. to 9:45 p.m. Eastern Time. The midday drawing, added in May 2008, remained at 1:30 p.m. ET.
Sales cutoffs follow the draw time
Tickets for each drawing may be bought up to 11 minutes before it — 1:19 p.m. ET for the midday drawing and 9:34 p.m. ET for the evening drawing.
Why the old time still turns up
Data exported from older systems can still carry 7:57 p.m. for the evening drawing. Where a stored value and the operator's published time disagree, LotteryCorner treats the operator's published time as correct and records the discrepancy rather than quietly overwriting it.
